“Always a great place to stay.”
I say here often do to location and closeness to LGH. It is extremely comfortable and the staff is great. I appreciate the members program as well. Everyone is so helpful, even when the front desk staff was busy the bartender helped me to my room with my bag.

“Second time at Pinnacle Hotel at The Pier”
Nice view over the harbour, specially at night. Enough roomspace. Good location for visitors at Vancouver north. Short ways to Grouse Mountain, Capilano Suspension Bridge Park. Breakfast at the Lounge and dinner at Pier 7 delicious. We will come back!

“Great location for our NORTH VANCOUVER stay.”
We loved staying at the Pinnacle for our three-night stay. We had a lovely extra-large King room that was bright and very functional. “Great, room, beautiful views, great location and reasonable price.”
Saved by the pillows. I have a bad back and purchased an inflatable wedge pillow so I can sleep in an inclined position. The inflatable pillow seams broke and deflated, but thanks to the (4) plush pillows, I was able to build a make-shift wedge and sleep really well. Aside from plenty of pillows,… more

“Great location and amazing harbour views”
We stayed for 2 nights in early October 2024. We chose the hotel because of the great location. Close to the Seabus since we were in town to attend a concert at Rogers Arena. The views from the Harbour side room were fantastic! The Shipyards area where the hotel is located has some great restaurant… more
