“Excellent hotel”
Excellent location 5 min to canada line station, easy travel to the airport and to other locations Very clean rooms well equipped and comfortable with a nice balcony Quick check in/ out process Only point of improvement is the gym, quite small , but still good enough for a quick workout

“Enjoyable time , no hot water in early morning hours”

“OK for a couple of days”
Front desk staff were friendly. Rooms were clean and bed comfortable. Rooms a bit dated. Location was good with lots of restaurants close by. 30 minute walk to most places of interest. Not a top quality hotel but decent enough.

“Disappointing but not the worst”
Booked by agent and thought it was the Downtown location so disappointed on that front, pre-booked taxi took us to Downtown! Carpets in hallways and room not clean, otherwise OK.
