“Lounge Top Notch”
We are repeat customers at this hotel as the location is amazing, but this was the first time staying on a gold floor and what a treat that was. “Amazing Staff”
It’s a grand hotel, but the staff set it apart, especially those at the concierge desk. Top notch! Our room, a twin queen suite was perfect. The gym was a surprise, better equipped than most hotel gyms. All in all you’d be pressed to find a more enjoyable experience in the city.

“Lovely rooms, good location”
Stayed here for two nights recently as part of our family holiday. We had two rooms, a king size room and a twin and both were great. Really comfy beds and lots of space in the room. “Elegant as always”
The hotel is elegant and stately and offers dining, a bar and fitness facilities. We didn’t dine there this time but did have a drink in the travel-nostalgia-themed bar. Staff are consistently helpful and courteous and the rooms are well appointed.
