“Great job”
Praneel Goundar in Maintenance did a good job fixing my.AC ,. Toilet seat and door issue. ..great job in explaining my questions Was an awesome maintenance man to resolve all the issue and the hotel needs this type of person to fix and resolve all maintenance issues.

“Good experience”
Nice hotel overall! The location is good, and parking is free. We had a good time at Vancouver so far. I would recommend this hotel! Praneel is extremely helpful and provided good support to us in our first day in Vancouver! We need an hdmi cable. And he offered help to us.

The temperature in our room was very warm. We called maintenance and Praneel was great. Very kind and he fixed our room without delay. We are very pleased.
