Large, modern, comfortable and clean apartment, seperate kitchen and even a study area with PC and great view. Helpful staff. In good location close to shopping and eateries. However, like most places to stay in Vancouver, especially near cruise change over days, it's pretty expensive. If you are having a quick one night stop, you would probably be better looking for something clean and comfortable at a lower price point as you don't get a chance to appreciate the high quality here.

“Apartment Complex.”

I don't consider this accommodation to be a hotel, it is a high rise apartment complex...there are permeant residents living in the building as well as the short term guests staying there. There is no restaurant, bar, coffee shop or lounge area in the building, they don't even provide a guest bathr… more

I don't consider this accommodation to be a hotel, it is a high rise apartment complex...there are permeant residents living in the building as well as the short term guests staying there. There is no restaurant, bar, coffee shop or lounge area in the building, they don't even provide a guest bathroom in the very small reception area. We found the people working the reception a little hard to communicate with due to either their attitude or cultural differences, we are still not sure, I have to say it was awkward at times. Our two bedroom Executive Suite apartment was large enough in the kitchen and living area however the two bedrooms and bathrooms were small. There was nothing special about the room and at $750.00 Canadian dollars per night it was expensive for what we got, on the positive side it was very clean. Bathroom products were not memorable. The bathroom fan is controlled by the air-conditioning nob, we had some issues and ended up opening the window in the bedroom for fresh air. There is a large coin laundry on-site which was handy. Location is close to Robson St and a number of good restaurants, a small grocery store is across the street. We wouldn't stay again, simply because we prefer the convenience of staying in hotel accommodation with somewhere to eat drink and relax in style.

A mixed review. Firstly - the lobby does not match the rest of the hotel. I was surprised at the difference when I entered my room. A mixed review. Firstly - the lobby does not match the rest of the hotel. I was surprised at the difference when I entered my room. The Fire alarm went off twice during my stay - not ideal when we were on the 30th floor and had to go down 30 flights of stairs…. Room was tired, and I thought expensive - although it was one of the cheapest we found in Vancouver. I asked for a duvet as the bed was extremely hard and to be fair, they changed the mattress to a softer one for us, which I was very impressed at. Cons: Tired rooms - worn carpet, etc Not much light in the bathroom - very dark Only one side lamp in the bedrooms No bedside table for one side of the bed I didn’t use the kitchen but the appliances were old Pros: Great location Friendly staff Quick to sort out problems I probably would stay here again if it was the best option.
