We chose the hotel because it was within walking distance of our event. I'd requested a renovated suite after reading reviews, but when we arrived we were informed that our choice of room (cheapest option) was not renovated; when we asked, we were upgraded to a 2-bedroom renovated suite without added cost. The suite was spacious, with a full kitchen, dining area, and sitting area. Furniture was clean but couch was uncomfortable and TV kind of small. Beds and linens were very comfortable and lighting was adequate everywhere except bathroom. The bathroom was the only disappointing part of our suite. The tub was shallow and uncomfortable. sink and vanity were small, there was no ventilation fan, and the room just generally felt more worn than the rest of the unit. There are windows that open, but the balcony doors are locked, which was a disappointment. Grab-and-go breakfast was dismal; underbaked muffins, pots of yogurt, some fresh fruit... avail yourself of the Keurig and the kitchen and make yourself something instead. Staff were very welcoming and helpful. Parking is an added cost but worth it in this part of the city. Now that we know what to expect, we'd book here again without hesitation. Great location, good room, and good value for money - at least with the upgrade.

I got a deal to book a room at this hotel for $149 a night, which is excellent for Toronto. I expected basic accommodations and that's exactly what I got. However, despite being basic, everything looked brand new in our room, which was the 1-bedroom suite. The room had a full-size fridge with freezer and a full-size stove and microwave along with a coffee pot. The hotel also provided 2 pairs of slide-on slippers, which my friend made use of. We had parking included in our nightly fee but we didn't drive and because I was traveling with a friend and because there was only one bed in our room, they let us have an additional bed in our room for no extra charge so that was really nice of them. The only thing I would suggest to them is that having a couple of extra blankets in the cupboards during the cooler months would be nice to have as I was a little chilly last night but I made do with the heating pad I brought with me.

“Good hotel for the price”

A good sized apartment hotel in central location, A short walk to the subway. Comfortable room and quiet. The bathroom and walk in shower were great. Breakfast let's it down as small room and not much on offer, We were only staying 3 nights so it was OK. Good price for proximity to downtown.

A good central location with very nice hotel staff. There were however, A LOT of tiny fruit flies in my shower. Which i had to ask twice for them to get rid of. The nice cleaning lady tried her best but i think a few flew out the drain after she cleared it so i had to ask again. The bedclothes were stained in quite a few places but they were clean. The breakfast is in a dark tiny room with not enough seating and not the most amazing options. Sometimes i went down there after 8 and there was 0 seating. I would say if you want somewhere secure, not crazy expensive in the middle of toronto this is a good choice. I did initially book through expedia and put my credit card as payment card but then changed cards so it ended up them cancelling the hotel because the payment was declined. When i called them back they helpfully managed to rebook the room for me however it was a higher price than the initial booking. I noticed this when i got to the hotel and paid then realised more money was taken out than i was expecting (i dont use cad so i only remembered how much it was in my currency) the hotel staff helpfully managed to refumd some of the money but i think i had to pay $20 extra because they needed to choose from a price per night and so it ended up being a little bit more expensive. But thats fine as i wasnt missing $400. But yes, very nice staff!
