“Good place to stay”
The hotel is luxury and features some comfortable beds for sleeping! The views of Downtown Toronto were amazing especially during the sunsets! The staff were good. Improvements should be to fix the bathrooms and add some more modern plugs for the newer generation devices.

“Best Ritz Carlton I have stayed at”
Staff was amazing. This hotel is the true definition of customer service. Food was outstanding. Rooms were great. Hotel was very clean and accommodating . I have stayed at other Ritzs but this one was a level up. Cannot say enough good things.
