We and another couple stayed here one night. The hotel had been renovated recently and both our rooms were very nice, bright and nicely decorated. Beds were comfortable and bathrooms were clean. Reception and check out was quick and staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast is included and offers a good selection of options, although the dining area is small. There are two floors of rooms and there is no elevator so if you have mobility issues, you would have to request a room on the first floor. The hotel is located minutes from Sherway Gardens shopping mall. Would recommend.

“Clean, efficient, well-maintained”

Well maintained property - the staff hustle to get things done - nothing fancy but we weren't booking at the four seasons. Great base location in the West End of Toronto (South Etobicoke). The included buffet breakfast was well stocked with hot and cold choices and extensive array of refreshments.

Easy to locate, easy to access from a couple directions, many restaurants in the area. Hotel room was a nice size, clean and comfortable. Everything worked well. Easy to locate, easy to access from a couple directions, many restaurants in the area. Hotel room was a nice size, clean and comfortable. Everything worked well. Breakfast area was small but had lots of options, including waffles. They had a couple options for a late check-out and had made notes when I booked, that we might need some additional time. They do have a medical rate for people staying there due to hospital appointments/surgery. The rate was reasonable for the facilities. Staff was friendly, helpful and considerate. Will definitely recommend this business to others. However, they do not have an elevator so be sure to book ground floor if needed.

I recently stayed at the Stay Inn Hotel in Toronto and had a mixed experience. Here’s a detailed review highlighting both the positive and negative aspects of my stay: Positive Aspects Room: The room was spacious, featuring a large sofa and a table, which added to the comfort and convenience. The cleanliness of the room was impeccable, which is always a crucial factor for a pleasant stay. The bed was comfortable, ensuring a good night’s sleep after a busy day. Bathroom: The toilet and shower were also very clean, and the bathroom was stocked with basic toiletries. Parking: A significant advantage of this hotel is the free parking with plenty of parking spaces available. Location: The Stay Inn Hotel is located in Etobicoke, about a 30-minute drive from central Toronto. While it’s a bit removed from the hustle and bustle of downtown, the hotel’s location provides a quieter environment and easy access to major highways. Negative Aspects No elevator: One major downside of the hotel is the lack of an elevator. This can be particularly inconvenient for guests with heavy luggage or mobility issues. Breakfast: The breakfast area was extremely small, making it feel cramped during busy times. Additionally, the breakfast options were quite limited, which was a bit disappointing. Early check-In fee: After traveling from Niagara Falls, I arrived at the hotel at 14:10 and requested to check in 50 minutes earlier than the standard time. Unfortunately, the hotel staff informed me that I would have to pay an additional $30 for early check-in, which I found unreasonable and refused to pay. Overall Experience In summary, while the Stay Inn Hotel Toronto has some notable positives such as clean, spacious rooms and ample free parking, there are areas that need improvement. The lack of an elevator, a cramped breakfast area with limited options, and the additional fee for early check-in detracted from an otherwise pleasant stay. If these issues are addressed, the Stay Inn Hotel could offer a much better experience for its guests.
