“No buffet”
Shangri La Toronto reminds me of my hometown. Everything is superb. The room. At the center, accessible and walking distance to malls. For the restaurant, it is ala carte style, not buffet style. Thus, please expect delays. You have to plan well then

“Amazing service and facilities”
The service from the staff was amazing. They went above and beyond and really made the trip amazing. The concierge staff were especially helpful in helping us make our trip special. Thanks again for making our weekend a special experience.

“Great stay!”
Really good stay! First time in a Shangri La hotel. Have visited the London and Vancouver properties for drinks. Lovely room and extremely spacious bathroom. Service was efficient, only suggestion would be a little more small talk on the desk. I know some people don’t like that, but as tourists… more
