Chose this hotel based on location for Taylor Swift’s Eras Tour and the experience was great! The hotel had themed activities and friendly/accommodating staff. Novotel Toronto is located less than 10 minutes away from the train station. Checking-in to the hotel is very welcoming, smooth and quick. “Comfortable Spot”
We stayed here for one night for the Taylor Swift concert. I thought the hotel was reasonably priced. The lobby was really nice, and the room was comfortable. We could not hear the traffic outside. The curtains were a bit tricky to get closed all the way.

“A great hotel well located”
This hotel is very clean and well situated to the sights of Toronto. The staff were friendly and welcoming they were also knowledgeable and helped us. The breakfast was good variety and good Wuhan’s we were not disappointed. A very comfortable and pleasant stay.

“Amazing Staff and Comfortable Stay”
The hotel itself was very clean although the lobby was small compared to hotels I've stayed at.
