“Make Doubletree your choice”
This hotel is absolutely terrific! They treat you like family……from the front desk through to the wonderful restaurant staff. We chose the hotel because it is close to the UHN hospitals. “4 out of 5- Would repeat”
I stayed here for a week in April for a conference. I would stay here again. The staff made me feel welcomed by the simple gesture of giving me freshly baked chocolate-chip cookies when I arrived. “Rooms Need an Update”
The lobby looks great but the rooms are quite small and outdated. The bench for suitcases had stains all over it and I prefer hotels that are doing away with dirty dusty carpets. The location was good and the staff were friendly but the cost of this hotel was way too high for what we got.
