“Somewhat Disappointed.”

We have been staying in this hotel for many years prior to Covid. We come every year to Stratford Ontario for the wonderful theatre that are available during the summer. Yes, guests at Quality Inn & Conference Centre Festival have highlighted that: We have been staying in this hotel for many years prior to Covid. We come every year to Stratford Ontario for the wonderful theatre that are available during the summer. This hotel was a nice place to stay, nice rooms, comfortable parking availability and nice breakfast restaurant. This time we paid little more in order to get a larger room. The room size is nice. 2 king size bed, nice desk a refrigerator and nice clean bathroom. Here is what was found and disturbing … The curtains were ripped literally falling apart !!! The windows frame was disgustingly dirty. Wall paper on the walls was pilling. Towel hanger on the wall was falling apart. The parking lot was totally neglected and in very bad shape. The Restaurant that was a great place and very convenient… CLOSED!!! The only places for breakfast near by… Tim Horton and Mc Donald’s. I hope someone will take my review seriously and make a good discussion how to improve the quality of the place. Some of the light bulbs are burnt!!!
