“Once was enough”

Wanted something close to airport for when leaving BC. Our room was one that had some updates-bathroom was nice/bed was comfortable. It was also very noisy from being on ground floor street side(not noisy from airport) Room was supposed to have hairdryer-it did not, but I had my own so no problem. … more

Guests at Quality Hotel Airport (South) say: Wanted something close to airport for when leaving BC. Our room was one that had some updates-bathroom was nice/bed was comfortable. It was also very noisy from being on ground floor street side(not noisy from airport) Room was supposed to have hairdryer-it did not, but I had my own so no problem. I believe tho the place was a fire hazard! We were going to take steps to go to garage, but a sign stated steps didn’t go to rooms-then while in hotel thought about taking steps, but another sign on those steps stating no access to upper floors! You would be better to jump out window than wait for the one, extremely slow & small elevator! The number of items that were plugged into the power strips were somewhat alarming! Breakfast was something we should have skipped-the sausage had zero flavor & the “egg” not sure what it was!! Overpriced for what you got. The good-very nice park behind it to walk & able to walk to restaurants
