My family and I stayed at this hotel after our Alaska cruise from Vancouver. Everything from checking in to checking out, to the restaurant and to the in room dining was superb! Also when we had an early morning flight and I left behind my headphones, the hotel helped me find them and had then shipped them home to me. Showing me that they go above and beyond for their guest! Also their conservation efforts and working towards a more green hotel impressed me very much! Thank you Vermont Vancouver Airport!

“First class hotel with great location”

We stayed at this hotel because we had a morning flight. The hotel lobby connects directly to the airport concourse which completely alleviates any anxiety about missing a flight due to traffic. We stayed at this hotel because we had a morning flight. The hotel lobby connects directly to the airport concourse which completely alleviates any anxiety about missing a flight due to traffic. Our room was very large with a great view of the airport runways, large bathroom, comfortable king bed. We had dinner and breakfast in the hotel restaurant which was very comfortable, with good food and excellent service. I highly recommend this hotel.

“Location, Location, Location - not much rest”

What dropped the rating: EXTREMELY uncomfortable bed. The mattress was worse than a cot mattress. I did NOT sleep well. What dropped the rating: EXTREMELY uncomfortable bed. The mattress was worse than a cot mattress. I did NOT sleep well. The sheet on my bed was ripped/shredded on the edge (not frayed - ripped & shredded) which lends an air of low quality and uncleanliness. There's no way the cleaning staff didn't notice this when making the bed but put it on anyway. Which means there's a general low-quality attitude that is routine and makes you wonder about other corners they cut. The room configuration was just weird/odd. WHY are there shutters that open from the bathroom into the bedroom?! So very odd. The snack bar was nearly empty and one of the pringles cans was open. I called the front desk to inform them for fear I'd be charged for the empty slots and told them about the open pringles can. They just responded that the empty slots were normal. No offer to replace/remove the open pringles can. The location and the service in the bar saved the rating. as they say in real estate it's all about location, location, location. I've stayed in hotels that claimed to be attached to the airport when infact they required a transit ride of some sort to get the the terminal. This hotel is located in the terminal. the escalators take you straight down to check in. Perfect for our early AM flight. The service in the bar area was STELLAR! My teen son decided to branch out and try a food he's never had before. When it became apparent he really didn't like it (He had only eaten a very small amount) our server insisted on replacing it for him. She was amazingly kind. The food was good. I was craving a steak but sadly they weren't on offer for lunch.
