Great hotel. Staff was friendly and professional. They were available 24 hrs/day. Arranged taxi for us. Fantastic restaurants in the hotel. Hotel was just off Rue Saint-Jean - easy access to restaurants, but didn't feel excessively busy. Rooms were small, but not cramped. Shower was amazing. Would definitely book there again.

“Convenient comfort”

Stayed for 3 nights. Walked from the train station and forgot how hilly Vieux Quebec is. Once I arrived, I had to climb a huge staircase. I never found out if there was an elevator. Stayed for 3 nights. Walked from the train station and forgot how hilly Vieux Quebec is. Once I arrived, I had to climb a huge staircase. I never found out if there was an elevator. The hotel is conveniently located to everything which made daily walking easy both in and out of the gates. The room was clean with bath and super coffee amenities. The bed provided awesome sleep after daily touring. The pool, however, should be very clear on appropriate behavior such as throwing footballs when people are trying to enjoy the pool itself, not being very large. More chairs are needed.

“Solid stay”

Great stay just on the edge of the old town. Very nice, clean, well appointed rooms. We had a suite. Lighting in the bedroom is a bit dim with only the sconces next to the bed, but that's my only complaint. Great stay just on the edge of the old town. Very nice, clean, well appointed rooms. We had a suite. Lighting in the bedroom is a bit dim with only the sconces next to the bed, but that's my only complaint. Comfortable beds and bedding (pillows way too thin, but doubling up basically worked). Nice shower with rain head and a handheld wand. Deep soaking tub. i don't think the heated floor in the bathroom was working as it did not feel warm to me...forgot to mention to Reception. Nespresso machine and small water kettle in room Iron and board in room. Windows blocked almost all the noise from the street below on Rue St. Jean. Pool and sauna area were in good repair and clean. Pool could have been quite a bit warmer, though! Great location just around the corner from the shops and restaurants on Rue St. Jean. Friendly staff. Would absolutely use again

We know this is a late review 😁 As others said, the location is excellent. It is near to shops and restaurants and the bus stop for the hop on hop off bus is near, although up hill. It is convenient for everything you might want to see in the old town. All the staff were friendly and helpful particularly Myriam on the front desk who helped us out when my daughter’s glasses broke. The breakfast was excellent with a good range of choice. Again, the member of staff we saw each day at breakfast was very pleasant and helpful. Our beds and pillows were very comfortable. We appreciated the fact that the housekeeping staff wouldn’t come in unless requested. Unusually good range of TV channels for us. My daughter really enjoyed the pool and sauna. A few criticisms. I have reduced mobility and I did not know in advance that there were over 20 steps up to reception and no lift (elevator). On 2 occasions, a member of staff kindly took me through via the staff area and this was very helpful but not really satisfactory because there was not always someone available to help. I’m not sure if anything could be done about this, but I feel that it should be made very clear on the hotel’s website that it’s not suitable for people with mobility problems. A few other minor complaints.. It would have been helpful if there had been a folder with information about the hotel or a QR code to scan. We thought there was no mirror in the room (there was one in the bathroom) but only discovered on our last day that there was one hidden by the TV surround. It would have been good to have a towel rail in the bathroom as there was nowhere to hang the towels. We heard a couple ‘enjoying themselves’😏 when we were walking down the corridor one evening, so maybe a bit of soundproofing is needed. Apart from those criticisms, we really enjoyed our stay for our first time in Canada 🇨🇦😊 Mérci
