Booked in during a technical layover from the airport, Being no elevator available, the young lad behind the desk was a godsend in carrying our heavy cases up the stairs for us, The endless supply of coffee and drinks were very much appreciated as was the inclusive breakfast, The bed appeared clean and was very comfortable, the bathroom was simple and spotless, with everything in working order, This was an emergency unplanned visit which served us well. although we did notice a strong smell of dog in the room. We stayed at this hotel one night, but were very impressed with the size and quality of the room. Unlike our poor experience staying at Days Inn by Wyndham Montreal East, this hotel was much much better! From the outside, the building looked almost the same as the Days Inn in Montreal, but once we arrived in our room it was as if we were in a higher quality hotel. The staff were also very helpful and friendly. The room itself was spacious. It had a large LCD monitor/tv on the wall and lots of table / counter space underneath it along the wall. It had a fancier coffee maker with all four coffee pods available to use to make coffee. The washroom and bathroom/toilet area was more spacious. When you first arrive in the room, on your right was an open concept closet with the sink across it. Then you open the door to the bath and toilet room. The room itself was clean with fancy lighting for all four occupants by their side of the bed, plus the room lighting. There was even a one seater leather couch in the room. The lobby area was clean. The eating area was in the same vicinity of the lobby area. The photos we share of the buffet style food and drink table, unfortunately were taken before the actual breakfast time, so there is not much on it, but at least it gives you an idea.

“Comfortable but unreliable wifi”

The room was very comfortable, and the breakfast tasty and filling. But I couldn't get the hotel wifi to work. The hotel staff did their best, and worked with me for 30 minutes, but in the end they just gave me their ISP's toll-free number. So, an overall decent hotel but not so much a business… more

The hotel staff did their best, and worked with me for 30 minutes, but in the end they just gave me their ISP's toll-free number. So, an overall decent hotel but not so much a business traveller who really needs wifi.

“Average”

Room was okay. Lady at the check in desk, said we had to pay $10.00 to check in early (first time this has happened in all my travels in Europe and Great Britain). No elevator, so had to pay $10.00 extra if we wanted a ground floor room. Owner of the hotel helped my wife work the TV remote. Ordered… more

Room was okay. Lady at the check in desk, said we had to pay $10.00 to check in early (first time this has happened in all my travels in Europe and Great Britain). No elevator, so had to pay $10.00 extra if we wanted a ground floor room. Owner of the hotel helped my wife work the TV remote. Ordered a taxi for 2:25 am. It was there in the morning on time. In Morning a different lady at desk was very helpful. Offered a bandage for my wives cut finger. and gave us fruit for our trip to the airport. The location was great, five minutes to the Air Canada terminal.
