“Very Reliable/Dependable Experience”
I have stayed multiple times at this hotel and know that there will be no hiccups or issues. It is all smooth sailing from booking to check-out. The staff are all very attentive and helpful, the accomodation very clean and comfortable, and the location excellent when exploring downtown Ottawa.

“An anniversary treat”
We were staying in Ottawa and had a lovely lunch on The Terrasse here for our anniversary. It was one of the highlights of our trip. We chose the cheese and meat board to share which was more than enough for the two of us. I'm so glad we went here and the service was great.

“Iconic hotel walking distance to everything”
Fantastic hotel within walking distance to so many tourist attractions. Old fashioned salt water pool was a delight to swim in but changing rooms were older. Room was very luxurious. Bellmen were always greeting me and opening doors for me and helped me hail taxis. Very helpful

“Cramped”
Small room. ZERO fridge space for personal items; why? If we wanted to purchase select drinks we would order room service. Get rid of the non-complementary items. “Weak water pressure”
The water pressure of the shower is extremely weak. Basically just dribbling out of the rain shower. There is a shower hose that has slightly better water pressure but the hose holder is too loose so doesn't hold it's position.
