“Good but nothing to get excited about.”

This Hotel was ok,not the best we been to but not the worst,room decent size,bath ok,bed ok,view ok. I'm not complaining about the hotel but it not 4 or 5 star but 3 star about right, restaurant that there,it expensive but nothing to get excited about with their food,breakfast was decent though.

It was an average stay, nothing extraordinary or special about Delta Ottawa. Lobby was welcoming, warm and smelled lovely. Check in was smooth and elevators were quick. Lobby has a gift store with an ATM, internal access to Tom Hortens and a restaurant. The restaurant (and room service) food was pretty decent. If you have the Marriott app, you can use your phone as the room key. Room is older, not updated with a musky smell. Bar fridge located next to window, mini bar inside closet. Not many power ports. Tv casting did work. Bathroom was unbearably tiny. Shower pressure was lacking and a bit of mould. Bed was comfortable and the room was large. Pool is heated, lockers available (unable to lock) electric sauna located in change room (wood was warped) Location was really good to explore parliament hill Additional charges upon check out.

“Chosen for the location and pool”

We stayed at the Delta Ottawa for one night. Grandmother, daughter two young boys. The boys were looking forward to swimming in the pool. The pool was a nice temperature for little ones and seemed to be clean. I was very disappointed though with the showers in the pool area. The showers are in the change rooms, and the water in the women’s change room was freezing cold and never warmed up at all after leaving it on to see if it would. This is a deterrence for people showering before entering the pool, as per signage around the pool area. The parking is $25 dollars, with in and out privileges. There is no breakfast of any sort included with your stay. The room we stayed in was an average room. The outlets beside the beds did not work but there are multiple outlets on the desk. The bathroom was very small especially when trying to shower two little ones. There was only a tub/shower, and no grab bars in the tub area. I’m always surprised/disappointed to see carpet in the rooms. In my opinion it’s easier to keep the floors clean without carpets. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

I recently stayed at your property for the second time. During my first stay, the room I was given was more spacious, but this time, I stayed in room 2518, which felt smaller and somewhat outdated. I was quite disappointed with the room, especially considering my Bonvoy status, as I stay in hotels at least six nights a month. I would like to highlight that the staff at the front desk are lovely, professional, and genuinely caring. The lounge also offers great breakfast and snack options, and the staff there are equally pleasant. However, the rooms themselves seem a bit tired and in need of updating. The bathroom was so small that when I sat on the toilet with the door closed, my knees were in the way and the door would hit them. There was a constant ticking noise coming from either the fridge or the air conditioner, but we couldn’t determine which one was causing it. When I checked out, Nicholas at the front desk was very understanding and compassionate about my experience, kindly offering complimentary valet parking. While I appreciated this gesture, it unfortunately didn’t change the overall experience.
