I really enjoyed my stay. The hotel location is great. Just a short walk from the Falls. We stayed in a room on the third floor in the corner. So we had two windows in our room. One of the windows had a walk out to a balcony which would have been lovely in warmer weather. The other had a view of the American Falls although in summer the trees likely would have blocked most of that view. The room was clean and comfortable. The furniture is aging but sturdy. It is not a fancy hotel but that is reflected in the price. It does have parking included in the price which is a significant savings. Breakfast was fine.

My wife and myself booked in for a two day special which included two breakfasts and two evening meals. Honestly the price was a very good even considering a slight additional charge for an upgrade to a King size room on the 7th floor overlooking the American falls. The room was clean and the bed very comfortable although the two room chairs should have been thrown into the dump a few years ago ! The hotel is looking a little "tired" and needs a general clean up, ie, the front windows looked as though they hadn't been washed this year !! However the staff were very pleasant, the breakfast buffet was excellent and we had an excellent ( free) meal at the revolving Skylon Tower Restaurant and a "not so good" evening meal at Coco's Steak house. Overall a very pleasant stay at an amazing price.

“Adequate hotel for a reasonable price (during off season)”

Overall a pretty nice stay at this property. Location has free parking which is unusual for the area, usually this is an additional cost. Check in and front desk interactions during stay were good and smooth. Elevator to and from room (one small one in weird hallway location) was interesting. Every time the elevator stopped going up or down, it jerked/bounced. Unnerved me a bit. Overall the facility is well maintained, but it does show signs of its age and its constant high tourist area location. Good location for getting around the area though. Completely walkable to most things and close by stops for the WeGo bus. We had a corner room on the 7th floor (a suite). It was a nice size and layout with one full balcony overlooking Murray street (which takes you straight down to the main drag to walk to the falls). We also had a Juliet balcony (not a real balcony but a big sliding window with a protective gate in front of it. This gave us glimpses of the American Falls, and also views of the Skylon Tower. The room had a fireplace, a small desk, bed, nightstands, small closet, small fridge and microwave and a couple chairs in front of the Juliet balcony. The room overall was clean, but dated for sure. The big heavy drapes and valances had not been washed or cleaned in years (at least they looked like it). The furniture all showed signs of heavy, repeated use (the two chairs to look out when you sat down you actually sank into them the cushioning was so broke down). Bed was a bit hard and uncomfortable. Did not use the pool, but there is one on site. The breakfast room was large enough for when we were there with the same limited fare each day. Just basics to get you started. I can imagine though during peak season it could get chaotic. Since we were there Labor Day week, it was actually pretty dead during the week, and the weekend days were a little more crowded. For the price we paid I can't complain about our stay (around $100 a night), but during normal season when rates sky rocket it would certainly be questionable value for money. I would certainly stay here again during non peak times. PS: Lots of shopping and restaurants near by and Casino right across street. Note: Stay in the main building if you can, this building seems to be nicer and direct access to the breakfast room. The other rooms are motel style around the edge of the parking lot.
