“Great location and staff”
Great location and service! The hotel is literally steps away from the Niagara Falls Park. There’s also lots to walk to, which is nice because the traffic is very busy here and it’s much easier to walk. The hotel has been updated and is very clean. The hotel is a wonderful smaller hotel very close to the Falls. Perfect for anyone who wants a short 5-10 min walk to either the Convention Centre, the Falls or the Casino. “Stayed 1 night for a concert.”
Not a place I would come back to other than the location was good for the concert venue in the casino. We were taken back by how dated the rooms were as the pic looked decent enough but it was definitely dated once you got to the room. “You're paying for location not for a great hotel.”
This hotel is so so. You're paying for a good location. Rooms smell kind of funny, there is a strange layout of building. They're clean with comfy beds and the breakfast was decent. Eggs, sausage, yogurt ... I would probably choose a different hotel were I to return again.
