Stayed at the Comfort Inn Fallsview for a short trip to visit the sites. The hotel itself is in a good location; close to restaurants and about a 10 minute walk to Niagra Falls and its attractions. All personnel at this hotel were friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. We stayed three nights, and although we did not choose to have our room cleaned, the cleaning staff were always very friendly and ready to assist. The room was clean and as expected. The water pressure was strong and water temperature sufficient. The bed was comfortable as well as the pillows. The balcony was small and even though we were not facing the falls, I don't think if you had a room with a balcony facing the falls, you would be able to view them due to the tall buildings blocking the view. The tv was on the small side, but not a big deal. The breakfast was average and was what we expected from Comfort Inn. I have been to Choice Hotels that had "made to order omlets", but this is not one of them. There was an employee who patrolled the parking lot almost all hours. I don't know how late he stayed out, but I liked the idea. The parking is an additional $30 per night. Almost all restaurants and attractions charge for parking, so again, not a big deal. Although we did not use the indoor or outdoor pool, it looked clean and well-kept. If you're looking for a budget hotel that's close to the attractions with no frills, this is the place for you.

I booked the Comfort Inn due to it being so close to the OLG Stage, as I was attending the Lenny Kravitz concert there. Also because of the balconies. Love sitting out there having some beverages and pizza Room was a good size, beds were comfortable. Clean rooms. Mini Fridge in the room so that's a plus. There are 8 floors ad only 1 elevator. Bathroom was small but the water pressure was spot on. Check in was very quick. The staff superb as well. I never had the free breakfast. Fallsview Casino is literally across the street. Lots of food choices to go for eats and drinks around the hotel. Only drawback is of you want ice, you have to go down to the 1st floor to the ice machine. The 2ndfloor is the main lobby floor so there's a lower floor where the pool and breakfast room is.

“Breakfast buffet area and seating is a disaster …”

Location was good - walking distance for our family to dinner and the falls the next day. Stayed only 1 night, so not surprised put in basement room. Had to leave main lobby and walk around building to enter our area for the room - room naturally was damp feeling. Breakfast was an awful experience… more

Location was good - walking distance for our family to dinner and the falls the next day. Stayed only 1 night, so not surprised put in basement room. Had to leave main lobby and walk around building to enter our area for the room - room naturally was damp feeling. Breakfast was an awful experience. Food was good, but the seating and dining experience was awful. We waited in a huge single file line in narrow area that split tables of other guests eating. Once sat, shared a table with another family of 4, which is fine, but 8 people in a small space, you could barely get out of your chair once you squeezed in. Breakfast wasn’t bad, but had to navigate a sea of people all waiting in the actual buffet area to grab a forgotten spoon or extra piece of toast. No one went back for more food, as there was no room to move, and the line at that point waiting was out the door. Stressful, annoying start to the day!
