“Good hotel, good value”
Good hotel with very reasonable rates. The rooms are a bit dated and could use an update but it was clean, quiet, free parking and free breakfast, walking distance to the falls and Clifton Hill. The lobby is beautiful and we were able to hang out there for our own happy hour, this was a big plus... more

“Budget basic but convenient”
Shabby rooms with tatty furniture. Dated decor throughout. very old fashioned. But that said there was a decent breakfast.and Free parking. A very Convenient location. Walking distance to the attractions Unfortunately No room safe which i would think is usually essential . Not a 3 star in my book.

“Good value for cost”
Cons - Hotel is dated and a bit drabby. I had to change rooms because my first one smelled like old cigarette smoke Pros - It was cheap to stay, location was good relative to Clifton Hill, staff was nice. Breakfast looked good. “Cute Place”
Positive: Service was great. Very clean and quiet place. Perfect for a one or two night getaway as we did the hotel and waterpark pass. Breakfast was included. Negative: Pillows/beds are old and not very comfy. No mini fridge or microwave in the two queen room.
