We stayed here for one night in a high-floor King room. We were allocated the 8th floor and really enjoyed our stay, albeit brief. The room had everything we expected but was a little bit nicer than most of those in the Hilton brand. We stayed at the Four Seasons across the road before and there was not much to choose between them, except the Four Seasons was twice the price! Two things to note: our shower cubicle needed some renovation as the floor was not stable, but other than that the bathroom had everything you would expect including lovely soap brand. The second thing was the gap behind the bed and below the headboard was a bit weird - you could see a massive gap and I had serious concerns about losing my pillow during the night. We loved the coffee shop and used it several times. Valet parking was efficient, as were the reception team. All in all, an excellent experience.

The Vogue Montréal, part of the Hilton network, boasts an excellent location that is both convenient and extremely safe. However, the initial impression is somewhat mixed; the hotel appears renovated but with noticeably poor execution. The room was spacious and reasonably comfortable, slightly worn but generally acceptable, with visible signs of an outdated renovation. A significant disappointment was the cleaning service. During our 6-night stay, dust was never properly removed. By the final day, it had accumulated everywhere. The cleaning staff consistently forgot items, such as towels, which seemed potentially related to the high-season workload. The room's view was particularly disappointing overlooking an old, abandoned building. Upon check-in, a front desk member assured us of a "great view" for our 6-night stay and mentioned an upgrade, which made me wonder: What would a bad view look like? The restaurant was underwhelming, offering bland, tasteless food and an overpriced menu. Cocktails, however, were the saving grace! Positive Highlights: Incredibly fast room service! Extremely friendly and attentive staff! Outstanding bartenders serving fantastic cocktails at the bar! While the hotel has potential, the inconsistent housekeeping, disappointing view, and mediocre dining experience make a return stay unlikely. The excellent staff and bar, however, somewhat mitigate the negative aspects.

“Gorgeous hotel with a touch of neglect in the customer service and cleanliness department.”

Pros: The location was super convenient for all the shopping and dining options. The rooms were incredibly modern and pleasant. Cons: Unfortunately, the front desk staff didn't seem very welcoming. Housekeeping was seriously lacking.
