“Convenient and Valuable”
Good location, 5 minutes walk to the metro station. Nice choice if you want to have a city walk by public transport. The room has basic cookware. Buying food and cooking is convenient when finished a day-tour. Simple breakfast. It would be better if the hotel could be renovated.

“Conveniently located Downtown hotel”

We stayed at Les Suites Labelle for two nights to do sightseeing in Montreal neighborhood. Parking was on site at a reasonable price with in-out privileges. Hotel staff were very friendly and took care of things promptly when brought to their notice. Breakfast was nice, with slight variations on different days. Metro station is nearby and there are variety of restaurants within walking distance. Located next to university area and very close to walking streets with multiple options of restaurants and bars. The Park nearby has a homeless population with people smoking all around. Not a kid friendly park. Location is safer than it looks, but you need to be cautious. Nobody bothered us.

We had a very basic but spacious hotel room and it served us well for our 4 nights in Montreal. Everything worked well, including the air conditioning. Having a kitchen is always useful, especially when you have been on the road and dining out for weeks. The free continental breakfast was a real bonus and had plenty of variety. The breakfast room is huge so you did not need to be up early to get a table. The hotel location is around the corner from a metro station with 3 metro lines, which is very convenient. Other reviews mentioned the area being dodgy but we didn't see any crime or drugs in the 4 days we were there. The room was called Queen Studio but the bed was a double, it pays to read listings closely. After about 30 seconds the shower made an awful whining noise. The picture quality on the tv was also terrible, looked like programs from the 80s or 90s.
