“Reunion!”

We had a high school reunion and several of us stayed at the Embassy Suites. It was a perfect location and we were (mostly) located on the same floor, which was handy when we had our in-room gatherings (and we really didn’t want to inconvenience others). We loved our stay and will be back.

Plenty of parking. I was not sure if it was all theirs, but no one said anything. I checked in through the app and stopped by the front desk to verify if I needed anything and all I received was a curt "no". There was only one working elevator which made for long waits to go up or down. The room was well done and very nice in the latest modern grey style. Very Grey. Nice and comfortable bed. Very nice bathroom with a good shower. Good place to stay, a bit expensive.

“Modern hotel near Montreal airport”

Stayed 3 nights for family vacation. Hotel room is modern, clean, and quiet. There is a closet, bar sink with microwave and small refrigerator. Two queen beds and sofa bed. The sofa bed we found 3 pins stuck on the sofa at check in. Luckily we saw it as the sofa bed was used for a child. The bathroom vanity is small. The suspended ceiling tile near the desk was falling down from the ceiling. Notified the front desk but they didnt do anything. The room came with large bottles of shower gel, shampoo and conditioner attached to the bathroom wall which the hotel refills, but there was no conditioner when we checked in. Informed the front desk twice before someone came to refill it. There is no housekeeping during the week and need to ask for extra towels. For the free breakfast and reception hour, you have to give the staff a ticket when entering the dining area, which is provided at check in. 1 ticket per person for breakfast and for reception, you can use 2 tickets per person for evening snacks (vege sticks, corn chips) and 2 complimentary drinks. At breakfast, the beginning of the week, we had a woman make our eggs/omelets, she was not friendly and didn’t cook the eggs correctly, omelette was runny. The chef, along side the woman, got confused and gave our egg omelette to someone else. Towards the end of our trip, the woman that took over was friendly and cooked the eggs perfect. Breakfast options were good for everyone: pancakes or french toast, scrambled eggs, potatoes, sausage, bacon, cereal, muffins, croissants, bread, fruits, tea / coffee stations. There is a small workout room, there is no pool. The 2 elevators are slow. Plenty of parking, isolated area near airport, out of no where. Didnt have issues with parking. Pets allowed at the hotel. Small business area near the entrance with printers. Walmart is located near the hotel. Drive to Downtown is 30mins. Downtown there is meter parking or parking lots for the day avg $20. Overall, ok stay for family as rooms are clean and modern.
