I booked a Queen Suite for two adults and two kids that had a Queen bed and a sofa bed for the four of us. I booked a Queen Suite for two adults and two kids that had a Queen bed and a sofa bed for the four of us. Not only was the sofa bed not made, there was a stained sheet on it, hairs on the ‘extra’ pillows in the closet, and only one (stained) blanket in the room. A call to the front desk got us linens to make the bed and blankets but this was not what I expected from a Hilton-affiliated hotel. The tub had a few random hairs in it too, and the sheets on the main bed were also well worn with holes in it.

Your typical chain hotel located near old Montreal. Less than a 5 minute walk from Notre Dame and just a few more minutes to the Vieux Port. Your typical chain hotel located near old Montreal. Less than a 5 minute walk from Notre Dame and just a few more minutes to the Vieux Port. The elevators were quite quick, breakfast was good but can get crowded, and the rooms were spacious but seemed a bit dated in certain spots (Outlets…where are you??). Hotel is under construction until mid March so expect a bustling lobby area during the week.

I mostly used Air Miles to pay for my and my wife's stay so can't complain about the price. This hotel was well situated for us. We walked everywhere we needed to go including Gare Centrale (train station), the Old Port, and meals out. Potential visitors should be aware that the entire lobby is under renovation so it's very uninviting at the moment. The suite we stayed in was spacious with a large bathroom (including a 2-person jetted tub), comfortable king bed, and separate sitting area with a gas fireplace. The kitchen was strange - it came with a huge fridge, a microwave, and a two-cup coffee maker - but there wasn't a single plate, bowl, cup, glass, or cutlery! Just loads of empty cupboards and drawers. (Oh, there were 2 disposable coffee cups and disposable spoons.) I wonder if more would be supplied for long-stay customers? Accommodation includes complimentary drinks at evening receptions and breakfast, which we didn't use - the latter in part because we were told that there were no vegan options, which is unacceptable in 2024. As other reviewers have noted, the hotel seems a little dated. There were worn buttons on the climate control panel and on the jetted tub, which had no instructions, and the black out curtains didn't quite close at the top. Everything else was fine and we had a comfortable, quiet stay.
