We spent two nights here and this is what we found: + Quiet, clean, comfy beds. + Breakfast: you can take it to the room or eat it in the dining room (cereal, milk, coffee, hamburgers or bacon, waffles, eggs, fruit and artificial orange juice) + Nice concierge. + Cheaper than Toronto + Not to far from Niagara - Misunderstanding: We booked a playpen for our baby before travelling and the man at the reception, who was very helpful, told us they only had an extra folded bed, which was not suitable for our baby and a bit dangerous for any person since it had a sharp closing system that scratched my calf all along. We had to use that one on our first night but on the next one he could find a playpen and they refund the money for the extrabed. + Free water machine

We learned upon check-in that this hotel does not have an elevator, so if you are not physically able or you do not wish to lug your suitcases up stairs, be sure to request a first floor room. The room was comfortable and clean. The AC worked well to cool the room (it was very hot when we were there), but it did not seem to remove humidity. They have a row of car chargers in the parking lot, but the chargers are only for guests. To use the car chargers, you need to pay a $200 deposit at the front desk, then they give you a key that allows you to use the chargers. The deposit is refunded when you turn the key back in. The breakfast was good. They have the usual choices - bagels, juice, waffles, etc. They have actual people who very nicely ask what you want and then prepare it and give it to you, so there isn't the usual free-for-all grab fest in the breakfast area. It honestly took some getting used to, but it was a nice touch and probably kept the line moving more efficiently than if they hadn't been there. There is one washer and one dryer in the basement for guest laundry. $1.50 per load to wash and $1.50 to dry. The machines worked well.
