“This is the only place to stay in Kelowna!”
This is a sweet little hotel that has it all. The staff are wonderful (and have been there a long time) and the rooms are quiet and comfortable and pretty. “An Older Gem in the Heart of Kelowna”
I have stayed at this hotel before. It is an "older" gem (just like me). It is right in the heart of everything and only two blocks from the lake. Comfy, good-sized room. Good view. The breakfast buffet was quite complete, with lots of fresh fruit. Price was right, too. I recommend it.

“Cultural Districts best place to stay.”
Very clean rooms & spacious. These guys know how to do it right. Exceptional continental breakfast. Location allows guest to walk to everything, shops, waterfront, restaurants. “Loved the location. Restaurants, coffee shops and shopping right there”
The room was really nice. The beds and pillows were so comfortable! We loved sitting out on the huge shared balcony. The staff were so helpful and it was nice having breakfast and coffee right there. “Excellent choice”
The Royal Ann has a great location, everything is walking distance, a friendly and helpful staff, a beautiful and spacious room, and a nice breakfast, a bit basic, but does the work.
