“Friendly and helpful”
Friendly and helpful employees. Clean room. Located walking distance to downtown so we don’t have to pay for parking. It was noisy, we could hear everything from the the second floor/we doors were closing. Grab and go breakfasts that we ate as a snack and not breakfast. Overall we were pleased.

“Hospital Visit”
The front desk was very helpful in giving us the best rate possible. This motel is within 1 block of the Royal Inland Hospital so very handy to visit the hospital. All staff I encountered were friendly and helpful.

“Non friendly assistant manager”
Cut me off mid speaking saying he won't be helping me without a proper form. Then pre charged me before check out. Treated me like a waste of his time.
