“A relaxing afternoon at the spa!”

The day pass kept us happy for quite a few hours. Facilities were quiet and well maintained. Enjoyed the outdoor pool and hot tub as well as all of the indoor facilities. Outdoor sauna was out of commission but we enjoyed the indoor ones. Make time for the foot massage machine!

I recently stayed at the JW Marriott for my annual four-day getaway with a friend, and as always, it was a perfect escape from the chaos of the city. With its stunning lake views and peaceful ambiance, it’s the ideal place to unwind and recharge. The resort is incredibly quiet, making it easy to fully disconnect. To start my spa day, they offer wonderful amenities, including a serene lounge with hot tea and snacks. After my deep tissue massage (thank you to Sam, the RMT and Ruchi for your hospitality), I spent some additional time in the massage chairs. After that, I spent some time at the oxygen bar, which added a refreshing touch to the day. I then went to the outside part of the spa where I lounged in the sun and spent some time in their sauna, and cold water shower. Having the spa day on my second day of my vacation, the variety of amenities really helps me take advantage of the different ways to relax and relax in the second half of my holidays.

“A Lovely Resort with a Few Minor Issues”

I recently stayed at the JW Marriott The Rosseau Muskoka Resort & Spa for three nights and, overall, it was a pleasant experience. The resort itself is lovely, offering beautiful views of the surrounding area. The food and drink options were excellent, and I appreciated the variety for every meal. Most of the staff were friendly and attentive, which made the stay even more enjoyable. However, there were a few drawbacks during my visit. The rooms felt a bit outdated, and unfortunately, my fan made noise throughout the night, causing me to wake up several times. Since this persisted for all three nights, it was quite disruptive to my sleep. Additionally, as a Gold Elite member, I was eligible for an upgrade, but I never received one. It was a bit odd because my colleagues, who arrived both before and after me, were upgraded, and the app showed that rooms were available. When I inquired, I was told none were open, which felt a bit unfair. While this wasn’t a major issue, it was a bit disappointing given my status. Another strange incident occurred when I tried to order Merlot, and I was told they had run out. It was unclear whether they had genuinely run out or just didn’t want to open a new bottle, which felt a bit unusual for a high-end resort. All in all, it's a great resort, but with a few improvements, it could be even better.
