“Great, quiet place!”
Clean and quiet with wonderful staff! I was traveling for business so really was hoping for a quiet stay and got just that. Rooms were very clean and well equipped, and there was nothing lacking in my stay. I highly recommend the Chateau and would stay again.

The only negative was the exhaust fan in the washroom was not working which meant the bathroom steamed up after a shower. Never got to enjoy the restaurant because it was closed on Monday and Tuesday for breakfast. For dinner we had other plans but it would have been nice to enjoy a drink later in the evening however in the lounge but it was closed at 8pm.

“Comfort in Jasper”
A great all around stay! Check in and out was smooth. Staff were knowledgeable. Pool and hot tub were key after a day of skiing. Hotel is within walking distance of a number of restaurants and the Main Street for the nights the hotel restaurant is closed. We will hope to stay again soon!

Overall this was a solid 3 star hotel (not counting the restaurant). The front and entrance have been fully modernized and are great. For me having a comfortable bed is the most important and the beds here were 10/10 excellent! Pool and hot tub were great and the kids loved it. There was no room cleaning, bed make up, or towel service. They only provided 3 towels for the 4 of us in the room, but they did give us more when we went down they did give us more. But this is obviously 3 star level service at best. The price was very good in my view at $510 all in for three nights right in Jasper was extremely good value. The restaurant was closed for the entire time we were there except the morning we departed. They served the large booked tour groups but not us for some reason. We had booked this hotel specifically because we had a young child with us and didn't want to have to go out for every meal so it was very disappointing to not have access. We did try the breakfast buffet on the morning we checked out but it was terrible and largely inedible. We are not fussy eaters and don't waste food but the bacon and french toast were both hard as a rock, the eggs were terrible, the potatoes were oily soft and mushy-overall not good at all. It legitimately felt like they served the left overs from the day before (I'm sure they didn't but it certainly seemed everything sat in the steam tray for many many hours). 0/10 for the restaurant- do not recommend at all.
