Room was above average. It was nice to have a couch and coffee table to sit at. Someone else’s review mentioned the hall carpet needed replaced. I don’t agree. The carpet just needed a good cleaning. “Great location, large rooms, comfy beds and wonderful service”
We spent 2 nights in room 145 in September 2024. Room 145 was very quiet (apart from someone slamming a door at 7am every morning!!) “Comfortable, friendly accomodation in the heart of Banff”
This was a very comfortable, well-managed hotel. The staff willingly changed our room when we asked to move from the first floor. Staff was exceptionally helpful and friendly. I would definitely stay here again! Price was high, but going rate in Banff.
