“Great Old Hotel with Excellent Service”
The hotel itself is beautiful. But it's the staff that made it even better. We stayed in the Gold level. If you can, upgrade. The staff are terrific. The Gold Concierge room has snacks all day and beautiful views. We never went out to eat - the food in the Concierge room was enough to sustain us.… more

“Luxury weekend getaway”
Weekend stay which was planned last minute and was the best choice with luxury experience overall ! Our dinner at Vermillion was definitely top ! Michelle our server ensured it was top notch from arrival to billing … couldn't ask for more and got the best !

“Mountain luxury exceeds expectations”
The fiancée and myself planned to stay here for the night of my good friends wedding. Even with the extravagant weather expectations we had the stay in this mountain castle surpassed anything we could’ve expected. We want to come back for Christmas to see it all over again!

“Fairmont Banff is the BEST.”
This is hands down the best place to stay. Given the option to stay here vs. Lake Louise, THIS is the place.
