This hotel is not very central to the riverside or Basaac Street (where the bars and restaurants are) so does require a Tuk Tuk. There were limited places such as massages nearby as well however close to the central market, supermarkets and ATM. I enjoy getting the Tuk Tuk so for me it wasn't much of an issue. The windows are definitely not noise proof and lots of outside noise comes through the window so bring ear plugs if things an issue for you. The carpets are stained throughout the hotel (pictured) and the hotel is situated near some dark alleys and were advised that people had phones and watches snatched from outside this hotel. Nothing happened to me. The buffet breakfast has limited options but does change daily. There were no pastry options like other hotels we have stayed at. My room did not have hot water even though I had turned on the hot water switch. This was not ideal after getting rained on. The hotel does not have a pool but does have a useful gym on the 3rd floor. It also has a communal balcony located outside of the lifts (pictured).

“Good stay”

Stayed here twice as part of a G Adventures Tour of Cambodia. Our trip started here in December 2023 and ended here in January 2024 as it was across Christmas and New Year. Stayed here twice as part of a G Adventures Tour of Cambodia. Our trip started here in December 2023 and ended here in January 2024 as it was across Christmas and New Year. The hotel is easy to find, on one of the main streets in Phnom Penh. The lobby isn't huge, but check in was fairly quick particularly as my roommate had already checked in. The lifts are also on the small side but fine for one or two people with one or two cases. Our twin room was a good size and had enough space for two guys with suitcases. As well as the beds, there was a desk, chair, small flatscreen TV, hanging area for clothes by the door, safe and fridge. When we stayed here the second time, the other room was also very similar. The beds were comfy enough and everything was clean and tidy. The bathroom was again small but fine. Plenty of hot water and good water pressure. The towels provided were good, but be warned as another of our group had issues - see below. The included breakfast was good and staff were friendly and welcoming in the restaurant. The hotel has a small gym room you can use which has some weights and cardio equipment. The wifi had good signal strength and speed. On check-out after our first stay, the hotel staff checked the rooms and accused one of the other people on our tour of dirtying a towel. So the option was to pay for it and the price started quite high and dropped - our tour guide managed to sort this out and, having seen the towel, the staff were trying it on to be honest. I was also asked to hand back the second key card for the room - I explained that we'd only been given one and the staff member said that a second one had been issued. I explained that, if this had happened, it hadn't been given to me. Eventually, they accepted this. Both these issues were at the end of our first stay, but when we came back to stay again, nothing like this happened and the staff were all friendly and helpful at all other times. They were even fine with me leaving my case as I had a late flight. Overall a good stay and a nice place to base yourself to see Phnom Penh,

“Good Hotel with spacious rooms”

Good home with spacious room - we had a corner room. Lots of character and friendly staff, although I would Caution against using the laundry as they lost one of our party’s dress and the pairs of my husband’s socks. We stayed as part of a g adventures group.

“They could do better”

The rooms & bathroom were quite small as compare to the pictures in their website.They have a really nice dining area for breakfast but the breakfast buffet is very small.Personally I didn’t find any vegetarian options except than some fruits.
