Our animation team is great. They are: Gali, Gabi, Kari, Koko, Sveto. The food was very delicious. We also have a lot of relax here. And the Vale from the receptions helps us with big bug so the people here are so helpful. Go there and take fun here!

I'll start with the good hotel nice, food nice although a bit repetitive, towel for the pool, reception bar man. Now for the not so good there are very few English here so no chit chat actually far from it, plastic cups for every drink maybe in the evening you will get a glass but you have to ask for one and you would think ashtrays were an endangered species. They have a cold drinking water machine but not allowed to fill your water bottle only plastic cups. Lifts are a nightmare only 2 for 6 floors forever waiting and the hotel was far from full, long walk to the beach and the paths are terrible especially the back short cut and lastly quite shocking there is a tip jar in the restaurant as a couple were leaving they couldn't get the money in so the meet and greet lady helped only to keep it and slide it in her pocket. Will not be returning.

Hello. This is my first review so be patience with me. So, I stayed at this hotel my wife and 2 friends. If you see the pictures you think that this is big, no, it’s a small hotel. The pool is small. I am not the type that goes to the pool, everywhere I go I stay hours in the sea, so for us it’s not a problem. For me this was a 3 star hotel, not 4, because it can be improved. Reception…hmmm…I like that they where young people but I think you need more people with experience. My wife was asking an information at the reception but the guy with the EYE PROBLEM I don’t know his name, was outraged and make eye roll. I don’t like his bad attitude. If you don’t have a explanation you can call a colleague to help you. Sorry to bother you but it’s your job to help people. The animation team where young and nice. I like them! But unfortunately they have a small stage and you don’t have enough space to dance. The food it’s repetitive but ok. I liked very much the roe ( icre ), and every day i eat it. They have a small tenis table. I played a few times with my friends and the animation team organized a contest. It was very fun! They have a small parking spot and most of the clients payed for the spot and it cost some money... The place where we stayed don’t have any cameras. You should install for our safety. We didn’t have problems…but you should consider. The camera was ok not big not small. I didn’t liked the terrace. I see the neighbors, and you have no privacy. They clean the room after 2-3 days, this is normal? At least change the towels !!! I recomend to the clients to brings towels from home. If you want to go to the beach you have to walk. It’s not 500 m, it’s more. The beach and the water it’s beautifull , the sand in the water it’s very soft. I enjoyed a lot. The price of the sunbed for 2 pers it’s 24 leva ( 40 lei aprox ). It’s more expensive from the past years. The price in Cyprus this year was 7.5 euros. Do the math for yourselves. I recomend the Riviera beach. It.s more quiet, water is more clean and you have some rocks to have good pictures ! In the resort/statiune you have ,, Eiffel tower ’’. And if you have a car ,go and visit the stone carved Aladja monastir, it’s very unique and beautifull. Overall i recomend this hotel if you are on a budget and you don’t have big expectations. It’s not good not bad. It’s ok !
