This is a fantastic hotel ,all the staff are friendly ,caring and helpful, the bar staff drago ,Sasha ,nur Alli and the rest of the team were really polite and friendly and took the time to look after you , the hotel is very clean to a high standard and there is always someone cleaning in all areas at all times of the day and night. When we arrived late at night they provided us with a sandwich,cake apple and a drink and the porter showed us to our room . While we were there the hotel had plenty of food to eat and try and was cooked perfectly. The pool was clean and the slides were good , the animation team did a great job of entertaining all guests from water aerobics to games and dancing . The rooms are basic , they do have air conditioning and are clean and the beds are comfy ,they also provide in the room shampoo and shower gel , we will definitely being going back next year

“Excellent experience ”

Yes it's only a 3 star hotel but everywhere is really clean food is good always something to eat. Pool with waterslide very good, thanks to Ali behind the pool bar kept the drinks flowing with a smile had no issues delayed flight wasn't good but there was a snack waiting for us.

“Lovely 3* hotel”

After reading other reviews I was a little apprehensive about staying here. We booked a 3* hotel and that’s what we got. After reading other reviews I was a little apprehensive about staying here. We booked a 3* hotel and that’s what we got. Young man on reception checking us in was lovely, the porter giving us our wristbands was great, he spoke no English, we spoke no Bulgarian, but still managed to have a giggle. Our rooms were clean and tidy, had a balcony which overlooked Road, but we didn’t ever hear any cars of an evening. The air con was a true blessing. Bathroom was clean, only minor problem was the shower curtain not quite reaching bottom of shower tray. Maids were lovely and cleaned every day. Pool was great, although I didn’t go in (I never do!) my daughters and husband did and loved it! The 2 Sasha’s (male bar staff) were super quick and remembered pretty much everyone’s orders! Entertainment staff were brilliant, worked so hard trying to keep every nationality happy! Restaurant was a help yourself buffet style, plenty to choose from. And a snack bar between I think 11.30 and 5pm serving hotdogs paninis and ice creams as well. Overall we really enjoyed our time at trakia hotel. Sunny beach was busy, had a few nice beach bars and if you want to eat out it’s really cheap.

Restaurant near by Close to beach No insects Pancake lady in a morning is lovely and friendly Drinks ok Ice creams goo apartment good size Finally the man removes towels people are not using taking up sun beds Bad points No one talks English No real entertainment day or night Food of a poor standard Don’t come if you have allergies or vegetarian they don’t understand Swim up bar they don’t serve at Some staff are rude or miserable Pool small Overall nice but needs small improvements and easily could be 4-5 star if waiter service in restaurant and by pool. Glad we came. If I came again it would be self catering.
