We had a great holiday at this hotel. It is in a fantastic location. Both Sunny Beach and Old Town Nessebar easily accessible via bus (and water taxi). There's a supermarket across the road and other places to eat/drink nearby. The food was varied and as expected at an all inclusive at the main buffet restaurant. Snack bars were a nice alternative and top quality. Staff around the hotel quietly got on with keeping food topped up and areas clean. We never had an issue with getting a sunbed around the pool after breakfast though there was a lot of reserving of beds (signs up advising not to but never witnessed any action taken). Waterslide area was always busy and seemed well supervised other than at the smaller kids pool. Beach inflatable was good (particularly as there was no additional charge) though would be better if there was a seating area to supervise older kids and place to leave belongings whilst in that area. There seemed to be more than enough sunbeds on the beach. Our room was more than adequate though probably not 5*. It was a nice touch having coffee machines and filtered water (hot/cold) on each floor. We didn't participate in many of the activities/entertainment though seemed plenty of things to do throughout the day and night provided by the entertainment team. Overall a nice hotel and probably worth paying a bit extra for the Palace over the other resort hotels for the larger pool and access to the beach sunbeds. Also, for the unlimited Italian restaurant bookings where food was lovely.

Great! Great! The room was a great size get a lot of towels.It was hard to get a sunbed and had to get up early to put towels down.We were confused of what we could and couldn't do as it's 3 hotels in 1 so we're confused what we could do.The entertainment wasn't that good as the gap between the disco was long and too late.The beach was gorgeous and was a short but sweet inflatable for kids the only issue we had was the seaweed as it was dead thick. The gaming room was amazing and always went in there after the disco . The beer was dead foamy and tasted cheap and if you wanted a well known brand you had to pay extra. The restaurant was the same every day and started to get boring . Watermark was excellent as always had fun in it although there was always big queues for slides .overall could of been better but could of been worse .

“Wouldn't go again”

There was loads of entertainment for the kids that we can not know at all the water park was brilliant we all have fun on these however I do think it should be open longer. There was loads of entertainment for the kids that we can not know at all the water park was brilliant we all have fun on these however I do think it should be open longer. The evening games was also brilliant made sure there was plenty to do. We went to the evening show once but didn't rate it. The room was brilliant we was on the 7th floor with 2 separate rooms and a massive baloney with fantastic views. Although when our room was cleaned some of our clothes had gone missing, we got to the point that we had to lock everything in our cases. The food was the same every morning afternoon lunch and tea was the exact same menu thought out the week was a little disappointing and other guests would reach over you to grab food,the chicken was undercooked and pink. The snake bars,Chinese&Italian restaurant however they was brilliant. The lady that worked in the mare shop was rude and shouted at guests,unfortunately not very friendly to British and made us feel unwelcome. We spoke to other British guest that all said the same thing. Travel agents gaves 50 levs we asked to buy some drinks and the bar tender said "do you think we're rich we don't have change for that" and had to get change out of the tip jar. Unfortunately these experiences ruined our holiday the kids kid have fun but we wouldn't return.
