The day i write this is the day i returned home and all i can say is wow. I really enjoyed my holiday here. Everything from the food to the entertainment was perfect. Despite me rating it 5 stars there were some problems but not that major. The first one is with the desserts. Plenty of options but there weren't that many simple options. Not much chocolate cake or stuff like that but then again that's just my taste not really the hotels fault. The second problem would be the false advertisement. Every night at 9:15pm there is a special event at the theatre and one of the nights was advertised as a "Star wars" night and they had a poster with characters yet the night had nothing to do with star wars. Granted it was still a great night. Now the good things. Everything i haven't already mentioned was brilliant especially the animation team. They did a spectacular job at including everyone and they were a joy to be around. One of the animation staff Misha did a great job with the water aerobics and Ivor and Tim did a great job at hosting the water polo. Ivor also did a great job at hosting the 9:15 performances which were also great. We had a Freddie mercury tribute act and we also had some ballerinas come in and they were also great. After every activity they did their amazing club dance and trust me by the end of your holiday you will have memorised that song and the dance. Now the all inclusive part. Food was simple but great. Options for everyone and plenty of variety throughout all 3 meals. The snack bar was also brilliant as you didn't have to go inside to get drinks constantly. The pool was cold but not too cold it was the perfect temperature to combat the heat of Bulgaria which was 27 degrees roughly all week. The rooms were lovely and were cleaned daily and the cleaners give every room a new water bottle that was about 1-2 litres and every room has a fridge so you could have a nice cold crisp bottle of water So that's why i rate this hotel 5 stars and if ur debating whether or not to go take this a sign to go as it's suitable for all ages and all sizes of groups

Just returned from Festa Panorama Nice Hotel Great Beds Lovely and clean and spacious rooms Nice pool inside and outside Good drinks Food not so good but could always find something Dishes not replenished quickly once emptied Staff miserable - the only exception was the lady serving the snacks at pool bar Everything seemed too much trouble for them Animation team were great Not great evening entertainment very low key We did not like the location of the hotel Would we return Certainly not Been to Bulgaria many times its changed so much Wont be going back again

Overall we had a great holiday here, staff were friendly and the hotel was clean, great location, we walked into the old town, the beach was right next to hotel and bus stop right outside for sunny beach. Overall we had a great holiday here, staff were friendly and the hotel was clean, great location, we walked into the old town, the beach was right next to hotel and bus stop right outside for sunny beach. Animation team were fantastic but could use a bigger room, only really had colouring in. Few small points stopped me giving 5 stars, when we were there the hotel was full and we often had to wait on a table as there was not enough room. At pool bar if you wanted fries you had to wait a while as there was only a small fryer and all the kids would jump to the front of the queue and they’d be gone in seconds, same with lobby bar, more staff needed as queue could be long. Snacks in lobby bar were awful. No late night snacks available and only 4/5 all inclusive cocktails. Indoor pool could be cleaned and be better lit, and heated, we would liked to have used it more. Sun loungers were always reserved and no one kept an eye on this, usually we have someone if no return in an hour towels are removed to reception to collect. We love Bulgaria and had a great holiday overall, I would probably book another hotel next time but still enjoyed my holiday.

First trip to Bulgaria This hotel is not 4stars maybe 3 First the good points. Weather wonderful Very clean hotel Food in restaurant good and plenty of choice great view from the room we had Great location only a few minutes from an excellent beach and only 20 minute walk to Nessebar which is a lovely place to visit had 2 great meals on 2 evenings. Reception staff very helpful especially Sandra Now for the bad points. Not enough staff Lobby bar closed at 10 pm so from about 9ish the queue was awful and it would take quite sometime to get a drink as people were doubling up bar to small to cope As the bar closed at 10pm if you wanted another drink you would have to use nightclub and at our age this wasn’t an option Sun beds most had towels put on them by 8am this needs to be dealt with none empty during day No laundry service but advertised in handbook Couldn’t find snacks during day No prepared fruit at breakfast Take your own teabags One big issue which we agree is difficult to control but children not being supervised in the restaurant sometimes it was like being in a kindergarten with children running around We will be going to Bulgaria again but a different hotel
