We really enjoyed our stay. Food was really good and endless drinks. Really close to flower street (the party area) The bartenders were really nice and made friends with everyone. Props to Mihail, teodore and Anastasiia for your service, very friendly and funny. Highly recommend for friends.

Perhaps I should clarify: - I was alone and was accommodated in sector D (premium). - I don't have any diseases that severely limit my mobility (walking) My review does not include the condition of the water park and indoor pools (almost and only on my vacation days I was at Eureka Beach), as well as the rooms, maintenance and cleaning, and accessibility in the other areas of the hotel. I have no negative comments about these things that can spoil a vacation: - reception reception, and release and departure in my opinion the review staff act expeditiously and if they can help you they do, if they can't they just tell you no. I arrived at 7:30, they told me that they can accept me and check in after 9:00. At 9:05 they did, and I was already a hotel guest. They even directed me to the snack bar to have breakfast if I wanted. - food, kitchen - alcoholic drinks and cocktails - cleaning - elevators - access to parts of the hotel - bars, restaurants (service, interior appearance, size, locations of establishments, cleanliness, sufficient number of establishments) I have a remark: I think the idea of ​​not serving hard alcohol at the beach bar is very good and reasonable - drunk people can drown very easily even in the shallows and without anyone realizing that they are drowning, and besides, drunk people can spoil the day of the others. However, on the beach during my stay there were very drunk groups of people who brought shots of vodka to the beach (in glass cups) taken from one of the indoor bars and poured beer from the beach bar along with the vodka. Perhaps it is not bad to think about some rules for drinking alcohol (besides food), especially in glass glasses, or - if there are such rules, to have a stronger control over their observance. - external parts (yard) I have a remark and advice about this at the end - staff I also have a remark here. In my opinion, the question should be clarified culturally: A kind word and genuine consideration can make people from Eastern Europe, Turkey or Indonesia (where I believe most of the staff at Eureka are from) your sincere friends. We Eastern Europeans are just reserved, but that doesn't mean we're malicious or bad people. Rude and bad people in the staff - in principle, there should not be, and in my opinion there are not, with exceptions - security. I read that in the summer of 2024, some moron "kopeyka" from the security of Eureka chased and roughed up Ukrainian citizens who were not guests of the hotel, but were passing along the promenade and became interested in the beautiful hotel It must have been explained to him 10 times what the hotel's policy was, and that such behavior was out of the question, but he still did it. My note to the management is simple: Get rid of the Bulgarian security guards. Get people from Turkey or Ukraine (guards may be ladies), they will be loyal, show integrity, and above all, follow all your rules and policies. - Finally, I will make one more important note about the external parts: The cypress hedge inside Eureka's yard has been attacked by a cypress moth - Lamprodila (Palmar) festiva. I have just come back from staying 7 nights at this hotel in Sunny beach with 3 other adults, and we had a great time. This was our first time in Bulgaria, and we were pleasantly surprised. Our flight from Birmingham was delayed by over 3 hours, so we arrived at the hotel in the early hours and the reception staff were very helpful, especially a guy called Svet who helped us to our rooms after we had trouble with our keys and showed us around which was very much appreciated. Also, there was continental food in the restaurant for late arrivals. We had rooms in block c and d. Block d has the premium rooms, but we were happy enough with our room in block c overlooking the pool area as we could see everything . Some parts could do with modernising as it can look dated compared to other parts of the hotel. Block d is the modernised part of the hotel and has its own pool area with sunbeds. The main pool was good, though, and has a kid area and slides for the adults. Monitored by lifeguards. There's plenty of room for everyone as it was the last week before closing. Regarding food, there was always something to eat. The food can become cold quickly, but there is a microwave there to warm it up. The restaurant is nice and modern. I personally didn't eat from the snack bar as I would have preferred food to be covered and not left open. The fresh Italian section opposite the snack bar served pizza and pasta, and we used it a lot. There were plenty of places throughout the hotel to get drinks or refill your water bottles. We didn't try the other restaurants and were unsure if they were even open. The beachfront was great and had plenty of shops, bars, and stalls. The beach was beautiful and was very clean. Each hotel has their own area on the beach The location of this hotel was great. We got a taxi to Nessebar, but there were buses that run frequently and can be caught outside the hotel and are cheap . Nessebar is beautiful with great views and loads of shops on cobbled streets. Also, with church ruins situated within. We would come back to Bulgaria again, but we would come earlier in september , as we wasn't aware that the area closes down on the 1st October, so each day there were less and less to enjoy. Saying that, we were very lucky with the weather and was very hot, even though we had a thunderstorm on our last night. Overall, we had a great time, and the majority of the staff we encountered from reception, the restaurant, and the bars were nice and friendly.

“Nice and clean but not the best”

We visited here in Sep, 2 adults and our 3 year old. Firstly if you are booking from the UK, I would recommend booking with Jet2 as I'm pretty sure a Pool view room comes as standard whereas we booked with TUI and I think we possibly had the worst room in the hotel. We visited here in Sep, 2 adults and our 3 year old. Firstly if you are booking from the UK, I would recommend booking with Jet2 as I'm pretty sure a Pool view room comes as standard whereas we booked with TUI and I think we possibly had the worst room in the hotel. We were in C block, we overlooked the car park and our tiny balcony didnt get any sun on it so we didnt sit out on it once in the whole week not to mention it been really loud with people walking past. So we found breakfast to be great and the lunchtime Pizzas were nice although it would have been nice if they'd have done more than just Margaritas everyday. We only ate at the buffet once in the week and we didn't enjoy it at all. We visited the Mexican restaurant one night which was probably the worst meal we have ever been served in our lives - we ordered beef and spicy potatoes which were just potato wedges and the so called Beef was horrendous, I honestly wouldn't have fed it to my dog.. We then visited the Italian restaurant and its hard to believe that these 2 restaurants are part of the same hotel. The Italian was AMAZING, the food was unreal. The hotel was really clean and the pools were perfect for us and our little boy - We found the majority of the staff to be really friendly aside from the Lifeguards - we found them to be rude and they mostly just sat there playing on there phones. The location was great for us, restaurants nearby and about a 20 min walk to Flower Street which is the main busier street. During our stay we ate at Shanghai, China House, Hawaii and Fat Cats which we enjoyed. Overall the hotel was Okay, perfect for us as we just wanted a chill holiday in the sun but I wouldnt rush back to either this hotel or Bulgaria as a whole.
