“Brilliant hotel”
Fantastic hotel. Spotlessly clean. Staff are friendly and helpful. Highly recommended. Old Nessebar was beautiful. Came late in the year so a couple of things to do were closed however it was our choice to come late so nobody’s fault. Thank you to everyone who made our holiday so great. Also … more

“Very good hotel exceptional location”
Very clean hotel , lovely rooms , right on beach with free sunbeds . Only complaint food could have been a bit better , however managed to find something to satisfy us . Staff also very pleasant and handled any slight queries we had efficiently . Would defo go again

“Pay the same price don’t get the same service”
Jet 2 should be ashamed of selling this holiday, seemed like the season had ended the week before we arrived, not only had all the other hotels and bars closed but the hotel was closing down around us. “Same food day in day out with no knowledge of dietary requirements so don’t visit if you have one.”
Lovely hotel, clean and well kempt. However because we were end of season we were made to feel exactly that.
