The hotel is quiet and well situated but needs a few tweaks. It consists of three separate buildings and has several pools. It is very close to the beach and several restaurants. The area is not a "party" place but is peaceful and restful. The rooms are pleasant and the balconies are spectacular. Here are the cons: The air conditioning was dripping with water, and causing a slippery puddle on the floor. The boiler in the bathroom was similarly dripping water on the floor. The beds were comfortable and the linen clean, and our towels were changed each day but the cleaning of the room was somewhat cursory, which is probably a training issue. Only one key per room regardless of the number of guests. Causes inconvenience. There is no telephone in the room and only two outlets. In one outlet the TV was plugged, and in the second the refrigerator. We had to buy an extension to charge our phones. The bathroom has no outlet. My friend accidentally got off from the elevator on a lower floor (4th) and not realizing that the floor was not ours, went to the room that would be located where ours was located on the upper floor, and opened it with our key, finding the room empty. Realizing the mistake, she went to our room, but the fact that our key opened another room in the same building was not acceptable. We brought this to the attention of the receptionist and she was surprised and hopefully management will double check that safety issue, which is absolutely alarming and unacceptable. The hotel basically needs a better management, some repair and security work. The hotel had recently detailed a manager from another city who seems very capable and hopefully she will turn it around. What others are saying about the parking being on the street does not bother me because the last thing we should want is to destroy the green spaces of Strandzha mountain and turn them into parking lots. The hotel is pleasant and I would have given it additional star had it not been for the key opening another room.
