Partner has already posted a review so won't duplicate my comments. Only had 1 minor complaint about the hotel and that was the fact that the food wasn't always as hot as it could be. Otherwise the hotel was great. The water dispensers around the hotel are very handy especially as they dispensed hot water as well as cold. Came in useful for my early morning cups of tea! Special thanks to the massage & spa team. Had two very relaxing Hamman steam massages. A mention about the resort itself, if you don't have your own transport Obzor felt isolated. Reception were great and arranged taxis to take me to a couple of local beaches. Irakli beach is beautiful and very chilled.

We visited mid-September as a couple wanting a relaxing break. The hotel certainly lives up to its positive reputation. - The hotel is spotlessly clean, and there are always staff around making sure it keeps that way - The room is spacious with a comfortable bed and decent shower. We upgraded to a sea-view room, and the view was worth the extra money. - The food was tasty, and there was always plenty to choose from. Lots of well-cooked meats, a fantastic salad bar... and the deserts are fabulous. You'd have to be exceptionally fussy not to enjoy the variety and quality. - The bars serve a good selection of local drinks with a dozen or so cocktails, which are also available all-inclusive (very strong!) - Tea, coffee, and premium branded soft drinks are readily available everywhere. There are water machines on each floor, dispensing cold and boiling water (my partner prefers his own teabags, so this came in handy). - The pool area is nice, but we preferred the beach and had no problems getting a bed. The sea could be a little rough, but we enjoyed a few dips. - Obzor is a shuttle-bus ride (or a 20-minute walk) away. It's a lovely town with a square with bars and restaurants if you fancy a change. All in all, it's a lovely hotel with very friendly, hard-working staff. We'd recommend it for a quality, relaxing break.

Gorgeous hotel, room was amazing with a perfect view of the sea, Food was ok a bit repetitive but think it was coming to the end of season so probably better during peak season. Gorgeous hotel, room was amazing with a perfect view of the sea, Food was ok a bit repetitive but think it was coming to the end of season so probably better during peak season. Great few shops at the resort although I'm sorry to say found the lady who runs the jewellery shop to be very rude & arrogant, I bought a "silver" chain for my husband & within 3 days it had turned black couldn't return it has the shop had closed for the season. Lovely place to stay not much around the area, there is a shuttle bus into Obzor or a walk of approximately 30 minutes.

“Don’t bother wasting your money, location awful!”

2/3 star at best. My partner is Ukrainian and he loved it, but as I’m from the UK the food was very bizarre on occasions (baked beans and sprouts for breakfast??). 2/3 star at best. My partner is Ukrainian and he loved it, but as I’m from the UK the food was very bizarre on occasions (baked beans and sprouts for breakfast??). Staff didn’t have a clue what a larger was and generally English was not spoken. The location is awful as too far away from anything, not one shop! and they charged for the shuttle bus to the nearest place, which was closed more or less by 23 Sep. The only positives…you could get a sun bed any time of day and the bed in the room was lovely, very comfy. The airport in Bulgaria was disgusting both dirty and rude staff, also Tui should have picked us up earlier than scheduled as the driver nearly killed us speeding on the way to the airport. I will never return to that hotel or Bulgaria! Waste of money!
