“All good!”
Everything(facilities, service,food, location ) was good and we had great time!!! I would definitely recommend Borovets and Rila Hotel for families or anyone that wants convenience of staying next to the ski slopes and the chair lifts!!

“Excellent Hotel”
Hotel Rila, is an excellent Hotel, in heart of resort, spent New Year there with family. Great position for skying, hotel caters for all ages, good facilities, spa, swimming pool, children’s play activities . Good size rooms with excellent views,

“Excellent experience”
This was our second stay. The hotel is literally 20m from the ski lifts. The rooms are are very clean and confortable. I recommend the "signature" rooms where you can enjoy a great view of the slopes. You can rent the equipement in the hotel and the staff is very helpful and knowledgeable. To… more

“Exceeded expectations”
Beautiful rooms - we had 2 interconnecting rooms which were perfect for our family. Gorgeous views over the slopes, the location is perfect and close to all facilities. The rooms are not cleaned. The towels are not changed. The service is terrible. The food is unhealthy. The omelet is cooked with a lot of fat. The choice of fruits is limited. The spa center is like from the last century. The money you pay is not worth it.
