“Lovely hotel in Bansko”
A lovely space at the ouskirts of Bansko, the staff was very friendly and helpful - especially Genoveva. The breakfast and dinner (we had prebooked it) was fantastic. Although our apartment was in a separate building, this was no problem for us, in fact helped us to have our "own" quiet space.

Many thanks to receptionist Eva, she is a very lovely lady who can help you any minute you need it, a great person who can advise you and support you through all your holiday. “Excellent Hotel, Excellent trip”
We've just been with Crystal on a skiing holiday. Lovely hotel. Genoveva on reception was incredible!! Initially didn't get my apartment but they sorted it all out the next day.... perfect!!
