“Summer story tale in Premier luxury mountain resort Bansko 5*”
Nice hotel! Incredibly good hygiene and stuff attitude! It’s was very pleasant for my personal experience as I waited for up to my staying last year in the same period. Very good food and service! Good welcome, nice child care and perfect spa. Good value for price!

Nice , clean hotel with friendly staff and a good breakfast selection. Evening meals reparative though and not exactly schemed for a specific cuisine…. but plenty of choices. Large rooms, clean with good quality bedding, but too hot for us and it was difficult to adjust the temperature. Lovely spa… more

Perfect from beginning to end. We received a warm welcome to the hotel, the staff were always attentive and happy to help when needed. Nothing was too much trouble for any staff member. “Excellent food”
In my opinion, this hotel is not as luxurious as the name suggests; the room was huge but furniture and lightings were basic. I would have rated it as 3/5 but the dinner was extremely good with several options also for vegetarians, and this deserves a 4/5 rating.
