“Comfortable Hotel Mura”
Could not fault them. Not the poshest, but everything you could want and more. We had a lovely comfortable stay. Good breakfast, we recommend the hot chocolate - button 6. Great shuttlebus and lovely steam room and hot tub. Lovely staff too! Thank you!

“Good hotel/ breakfast/”
Good hotel/ friendly staff/. Good internet/good breakfast/warm room lots of hot water, actually looks better than the photos, very happy stay with my family Jan 2024. Shuttle bus was prompt, though you could walk to the gondola in 15 mins.

“Amazing stay ❤️”
Was worried about coming here as some bad reviews but we arrived and had one of the best 8nights stay here they staff are lovely all the cleaners bar staff and the bus which drops u to gondola every day is amazing .could not fault anything on this hotel at all for the price also new years eve we go… more

“You get what you pay for”
You get what you pay for. Rooms had stained carpets and sofas/stools, however the cleaners did a great job at making up the beds and changing sheets/ towels/ replenishing toiletries daily upon request. No air con, so gets very hot unless you sleep with a balcony door open. Beds are fairly uncomf… more
