“Could easily return ”
The hotel was very comfortable and the staff was great. Good location if you rent a car and want to visit places outside Porto Seguro. Highlighting to the swimming pool that is always warm and open until late and the pool bar that have very friendly people working around

“Really good experience”
The hotel is amazing, you feel in a tropical environment since the first minute. The staff is really kind, providing an excelent service. Moreover, the views from the pool are beautiful, also being able to enjoy really good brasilian food

“Enjoy Porto Seguro”
The hotel is very good, good room and location, less than 10 minutes to downtown, nice view of Porto Seguro city. The bar at swimming pool is perfect, ask for a lemon caipirinha, amazing. The staff is so kind all the time! I recommend stay here ;-)

“Nice place”
It was a great experience. The hotel has a rustic touch that creates a wonderful atmosphere totally in tune with the energy of the city of Porto Seguro. All staff were extremely polite and friendly, breakfast was nice + great location... I will be back soon.

“Disappointing”
We arrived in this hotel late in the late evening. We were given a very poor room. us a room. I believe if not all, almost all the rooms above the reception are not good. Need urgently an upgrade. We arrived in this hotel late in the late evening. We were given a very poor room. us a room. I believe if not all, almost all the rooms above the reception are not good. Need urgently an upgrade. We managed to upgrade for another room in the following day. That was nice close to the swimming pool. Breakfast definitely needs to upgrade as well. Everything is very basic. No much of options. Service - we felt extremely uncomfortable on the breakfast area and piscina area. Specifically because one member of the staff that has a tattoo in his neck saying “Atitude”seems to be homophobic. We were ignored several times by him and finally when we could get the attention he was very cold and dismissive towards us. I strong believe if this place would like to be the best in town should pick up carefully your employees. We don’t feel that we would like to come back and have the same “atitude” from a few members of the staff again. When we left the hotel was exactly the same in breakfast and some of the reception people. If you go to the swimming pool need to pay for the towels is just ridiculous. How a hotel is supposed to be 4-5 stars charge for that?! Our last night was if we were inside of a night club. Just outside of our room was a party going on when we finally could sleep was 5 o’clock in the morning.
