“Excellent management and staff”
We have been coming to Melia Jd Europa for the last 13 years. This last time, things were perfect! The remodeling did not interfere with the comfort of the newly renovated room on the 20th floor, that had an incredible view! “Good for business”
Excellent attention and they could accommodate an early check in. Laundry service was on point too. It is very important for me to be able to do an early check in and have my clothes cleaned when traveling for business. The staff was very understanding of the situation and Lucas specially.

“First Time to Sao Paulo”
Hotel and its surroundings were clean and welcoming, daily housekeeping was a surprise and most appreciated. The inclusion of 'bed and breakfast' was nice as the buffet included comfort foods, but also local cuisine and the fresh juices and fruits were a plus!
