“Excellent stay in São Paulo!”
Excellent hotel. Very well located! The staff is superb. Antonio at the restaurant and the reception staff were very caring and polite. I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting São Paulo. Comfortable and spacious rooms. Located in the best area of São Paulo.

In addition to being very well located, the entire team was super receptive and attentive to our demands. Doing everything with great competence and care. I would especially like to thank Joslaine Pereira, who did a spectacular job. I will definitely return.

Staff is polite but: room is noisy (AC, cars, aeroplanes), bring your earplugs if you are staying here (not available in front desk). Elevators are slow. “Run like a Hostel, it needs a lot of work. Better Choices in SP, don’t choose this one.”
Hostel like experience. I really avoid writing negative reviews but I have to say I was disappointed with this hotel. I stayed here for more than a week. It really needs an uplift in all areas.
