“More than excellent”

Excelente servicio, douglas always very helpful, hotel team excellent, love to come back to the hotel and feel it is like a family. Douglas helped me to fund for a taxi , run for it and very helpfull. Always love to be at the hotel… love to be here

Everything about the hotel itself was wonderful. The staff in particular were fantastic--they were very gracious about my limited Portuguese, and were already ready with information or to do whatever it too to make our experience great. I especially appreciated the accommodation of a late check-out because I was traveling with my wife and two young children and our flight did not leave until late that night. First, I was told that the hotel was fully booked (understandable) but they would let us use the Executive Lounge and swimming pool until we had to leave for the airport, which I was very happy with. Later, when I was having breakfast in the Executive Lounge, the same person who had helped me earlier at the desk the day before recognized me, came up to me on his own initiative, and told me that they had had some changes and would be able to accommodate a late check out after all, so we never had to leave our room until ready to head to the airport. That made a HUGE difference in our experience for the better. As for the rooms and facilities, they are top-notch, comparable with most luxury hotels I've stayed at. We requested and were given adjoining rooms, which was wonderful with our small children. The rooms are MASSIVE and well-equipped (my one quibble is that the showers in both our rooms did not really get hot, and one had a quasi-broken handle). The food in room-service, the restaurant, and the coffee shop were all excellent, and the bar area with perhaps the biggest TV screen I've ever seen was a pleasant place to wrap the day. The fitness center and pool on the rooftop likewise were excellent and very modern, and the Executive Lounge has one of the best views we had of all our time in Sao Paulo, to say nothing of the excellent service. We were here for tourism, so the hotel was a bit far from some things like Central and Liberdade (about a 45-minute drive); Avenida Paulista, the Jardins, and Parque Ibirapuera were about 30 minutes; and the airport was one hour coming in (around 1AM) and 2 hours leaving in 6PM traffic. But we still were very happy with the choice.
