On 23 January 2020, the new Balearic Law against Tourism Excesses entered into force, which prohibits all-inclusive deals with unlimited alcoholic beverages. Only a maximum of three alcoholic beverages per guest will be served during lunch and/or dinner.

Practices which may endanger the life, health and physical integrity of guests are strictly prohibited at hotels, apartments and holiday properties. These practices include climbing from one balcony or window to another and jumping from inappropriate places such as balconies into swimming pools (a practice widely known as ';balconing';). Guests breaking the law will be immediately banished from the property and may be fined, states the law and the corresponding municipal regulations. The hotel/apartment manager or property agent must order said guests to leave immediately, which may require assistance from the security forces.
Failure to comply with the prohibition of practices which may endanger the life, health and physical integrity of guests will be considered a serious offence. In the Balearic Islands, serious offences are subject to a fine between 6,001 and 60,000 euros.

“LOCATION AND HELPFUL STAFF”
This is an apart hotel with an excellent location: a lot of good restaurants (try Modern Mama Osteria and Due Cuochi, delicious food and friendly service), cafes (Santo Grao and Le Pain Quotidien), markets (fruits, vegetables, cheese and wine at Hortifruti, just at the end of the hotel’s street, tu… more
This is an apart hotel with an excellent location: a lot of good restaurants (try Modern Mama Osteria and Due Cuochi, delicious food and friendly service), cafes (Santo Grao and Le Pain Quotidien), markets (fruits, vegetables, cheese and wine at Hortifruti, just at the end of the hotel’s street, turn right on Tabapua Street), grocery store (Minuto Pao de Açucar, not far from Hortifruti) and drugstore. By taxi, in 5 minutes, you’re in Iguatemi Shopping Center. On foot, it’s easy to visit Museu da Casa Brasileira (Brazilian House’s Museum, where you can have a delicious lunch with view to a tranquil garden). A remarkable point of this apart is the staff: everyone is always happy to help you. The breakfast is simple, a little expensive, but good: fruits, juices, cakes, breads, yogurt, eggs, Nespresso coffee or regular one and hot milk. The two ladies that take care of it are adorable. In the room: Air conditioner in both spaces (living and bedroom), a safe and wardrobe. Bathroom with good size and high-pressure shower. Bed is comfortable, but they only have double ones (such a pity, when you are travelling with a friend). The sofa bed is not good for an adult (I found it too short and uncomfortable). The kitchen has the basic: mini bar (with water, juice, beer, coke, all payable apart), micro oven, electric stove top, cups, glasses, forks, knives, spoons, corkscrew, three pans and a kettle, but no coffee machine or toaster, neither sugar, salt, olive oil or minimal things like that. On each floor, 5 rooms, accessible by two elevators. They do not have a lounge area: reception is just a small hall with four chairs and one table. By one side, they keep free water and coffee/tea. They have, also, for selling: ice cream and frozen food. At the entrance, a stair with 5 steps to the reception. By all means, a good experience. Hope you enjoy it, like we did.

“A well located, clean, well equipped apartment hotel, with parking”
The apartment hotel is very good for a short business trip, close to the business centre of Sao Paulo, close to good quality restaurants. The rooms are adequate without being large. Good level of cleanliness, the included breakfast is basic but sufficient.

“Location, location!”
The location could not have been better. In the heart of Itaim Bibi, close to bars, restaurants and shops. Comfortable bed and good shower. Very good breakfast and friendly staff. Very good option in Itaim!

Front staff was very nice and responsive and said that renovations were scheduled. Could not come soon enough.
